Beach Bungalow Banquet made easy!
KINDNESS in a Glass
Ingredients:
- 3/4 ounce (1 1/2 tablespoon) Drambuie
- 1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) gin
- 1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) lemon juice
- 1/4 ounce (1 1/2 teaspoon) Honey Simple Syrup (recipe below)
- 4 ounce (1/2 cup) sparkling wine
Directions:
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the Drambuie, gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup, and stir to combine. Strain into a wine glass and top with sparkling wine just before serving.
Honey Simple Syrup
Makes about 3/4 cups (enough for 24 cocktails)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup water
Combine the honey and water in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly until the honey dissolves. Cool completely before use.
Kindness Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Stoli Premium Vodka
- ½ oz orange juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 2 oz chilled steeped cranberry tea
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
Directions:
- Fill a martini shaker half full of ice.
- Add all ingredients.
- Shake for 20 seconds.
- Strain into a sugar-rimmed martini glass.

Beach Bungalow Banquet made easy!
Mai Tai
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz White rum,
1/2 oz Fresh lime juice,
1/2 oz Orange curaçao,
1/2 oz Orgeat syrup,
3/4 oz Dark rum
Preparation:
Shake all ingredients except the dark rum together in a mixer with ice.
Strain into glass and float the dark rum onto the top.
Garnish and serve with a straw.
Served:
On the rocks; poured over ice.
Standard garnish:
Lime peel, Pineapple spear
Tequila Sunrise
Ingredients;
1 1/2 ounces tequila
3/4 cup orange juice
3/4 ounce grenadine syrup
Orange slice, for garnish
High-quality maraschino cherry, such as Luxardo, for garnish
Directions
- In a highball glass filled with ice, pour in the tequila and orange juice.
- Slowly pour the grenadine into the glass over the back of a spoon or by drizzling it down the side of the glass, allowing it to settle at the bottom.
- Garnish with an orange slice and maraschino cherry.
Beach Bungalow Banquet made easy!
Bluespin
Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz Triple sec
- 1/2 oz Rum*
- 1/2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Tequila
- 1/2 oz Blue curaçao
- 1 oz Sour mix
- Club soda
Directions:
- Pour all ingredients except soda into a shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain into glass.
- Top with club soda.
A Lonely Island Lost in the Middle of a Foggy Sea
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Rhum J.M Agricole Blanc
- 1/2 oz Cruzan Black Strap Rum
- 1/2 oz Old Port Deluxe Matured Rum
- 1 oz Pineapple juice
- 3/4 oz Lime juice
- 3/4 oz Demerara syrup (1 part demerara sugar, 1 part water)
- 1/4 oz La Colombe Pure Black Cold Press Coffee
- Garnish: Pineapple leaves
- Garnish: Coffe beans
Directions:
- Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and strain into a tiki mug filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with pineapple leaves and coffee beans.
