Beach Bungalow Banquet made easy!
Bitter Hearts Know Better
Ingredients:
2 oz Hibiscus-infused gin*
1 oz Fresh lime juice
3⁄4 oz Simple syrup
1⁄2 oz Lo-Fi gentian amaro
Garnish: Sugar rim
Glass: Coupe
Directions:
Coat the rim of a coupe in sugar and set aside.
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into the prepared coupe.
*Hibiscus-infused gin: In a large container, combine 1 750 mL bottle of gin with 1/4 cup dried hibiscus flowers and let sit for 8 hours. Strain back into bottle.
Fuzzy Navel Cocktail
Ingredients:
3 oz Peach schnapps
3 oz Orange juice
Glass: Highball
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a highball glass over ice.
(To make a Hairy Navel, substitute vodka for half the peach schnapps.).
